The house is a single level home with approximately 3100 square feet. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a workshop attached to the 2-car carport and a lovely partially finished basement!
We see the house as it “could be” and having renovated many homes and been avid fans of HGTV for years, we know this house has “good bones” and what it can become for our family.
